Welcome to Creatica! By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Use

Creatica provides a platform for creating and managing background designs and patterns. Users must use the app in a responsible and lawful manner. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account. Users must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

2. Attribution & Intellectual Property

• Ownership of App Content: All content provided on Creatica, including but not limited to the user interface, software is the property of Creatica or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws, excluding the generated backgrounds. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Creatica for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms outlined below.
• User-Generated Designs: Designs created by users using Creatica are owned by the users who created them. Users are free to use these designs for both personal and commercial purposes.
• Attribution Requirements for Non-Premium Users: If you are a non-premium user and use designs generated by Creatica for commercial purposes, you are required to attribute Creatica and give appropriate credits on your website or the platform where the design is used. This attribution should be clear and visible, crediting Creatica as the source of the design. Example of attribution -- adding credit link on footer of website, or a comment in the source code. Please refer to next paragraph if you are modifying the exported asset or using them in your custom designs.
• No Attribution Required for Personal Use or Modification: If the designs are used for personal purposes or if you modify the designs to create new original works, no attribution to Creatica is required.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not use content from Creatica in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation with Creatica without our explicit permission. Additionally, you may not distribute, or sell any design templates provided by Creatica as standalone items.
• Respect for Third-Party Rights: Users must ensure that their designs do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. Creatica is not responsible for any legal issues arising from user-generated content.

3. Subscription and Payments

We offer various subscription plans for enhanced features. Payment for subscriptions is due in advance and billed on a recurring basis. We may offer free trials for our premium services.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds on any of the plan.

5. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the customer portal on Account Page. There are no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.
